Adéwale Adéniji is an accredited Coach, Group Facilitator and Organisational Consultant with extensive experience in the field of human development. He is a certified Daring Way™ and Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, a curriculum based on the research of Dr Brené Brown, which explores topics such as vulnerability, courage, empathy, shame, and worthiness.
Adéwale has an academic background in law, specialising in employment law. He holds an MSc in Human Resources and a Diploma in Group Facilitation, Counselling Skills, and Conflict Resolution. As a practitioner, Adéwale adopts a holistic approach in all aspects of his practice. This involves working with individuals, teams and organisations to make the implicit explicit, exploring how it manifests personally, relationally, and systemically.
With a healing-centered and trauma-informed approach, Adéwale co-creates an environment where clients can explore their emotions, thoughts, beliefs and experiences without judgment. He understands the impact of trauma and focuses on promoting healing, growth and resilience. Adéwale brings a presence-based approach to his practice, integrating mindfulness, embodiment, creativity, and systemic mapping. He is deeply committed to the principles of healing justice, advocating for individual and collective healing as integral components of social transformation.
