This virtual event will explore practical strategies and actions for integrating healing practices into daily life and driving systemic change. It will also explore ways to reshape societal norms to prioritise healing as a legitimate, necessary response to global crises.
Meet Our Speakers
This insightful session will be hosted by Programme Strategist, Clinton McDubus, who will guide us through these important discussions. It will feature:
- Dr Ifunanya Dimaku (they/she), is a global health expert, seasoned workshop facilitator and visionary leader with a background in advocacy and health management. Ifunanya has a talent for strategic thinking. Their strong analytical, communication, and pattern-recognition abilities improve the standard and impact of every workshop session. As someone who values flexibility, creative freedom, and win-win outcomes, Ifunanya leads dynamic, customised, and forward-thinking workshops. Ifunanya is also an advisory board member on an Educational portal project for Newly arrived in Munich. Ifunanya is a human rights activist, especially for LGBTQ+ rights. Under the artistic name Chribaxe, Ifunanya expresses themselves through poetry and spoken word, adding an artistic touch to their endeavours.
- Ehikioya Ataman is a dedicated community development professional passionate about social impact. He is a human rights activist with over six years of experience, focused on programs that promote equality, social inclusion, and social justice for marginalised groups. Ehikioya is motivated by the ideals of human rights protection and promotion and the benefits they add to society. His passion for community development is evident in his advocacy efforts to enable every human person to realise their full potential and lead a life true to their sense of identity.
- Grace Jennifer Samuel is a passionate human rights advocate and an intersectional feminist in Nigeria with years of experience dedicated to marginalised communities, SRHR, socio-economic empowerment, and access to medical services. Her advocacy challenges injustices and promotes inclusivity. In her work, she emphasises inclusive SRHR advocacy as the way forward, recognising the importance of access to these services for marginalised communities, often discriminated against or denied due to prejudice and bias.
